Nikitha is a dynamic, high-energy leader who has been part of the founding teams of multiple high-growth startups. Her journey includes:

  • Skupos Inc (San Francisco) — one of the industry’s most successful retail-tech startups, recently achieving a major exit. As part of the early founding team, Nikitha played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales engine and customer success operations.
  • Swiftsku (Y Combinator-backed) — another high-velocity startup where Nikitha contributed as a founding member, helping the company accelerate its sales, build strong customer relationships, and drive early adoption.

Over the years, Nikitha has developed a reputation for exceptional sales intuition, building powerful customer rapport, and leading with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Her passion, drive, and deep understanding of customers make her a role model for the next generation of sales, marketing, and operational talent at Uplanda.

Swati brings more than a decade of experience across multiple technology companies, including pivotal contributions to Y Combinator–backed Stayflexi, one of the fastest-growing hospitality automation platforms.

With a strong background in people operations, customer management, organizational culture, internal operations, and product knowledge, Swati is known for her calm leadership style, ability to work deeply with teams, and strong interpersonal instincts.

She deeply believes in growing people alongside the company and is heavily involved in hiring, mentorship, and building sustainable team processes. She’s someone who listens, supports, and empowers — qualities that make her a beloved leader among people who’ve worked with her.
